In June 2016, the National Alliance for Public Charter Schools (NAPCS) took their annual conference to Nashville, so we turned up the Johnny Cash and set out to develop the brand identity for the big event. As our fifth year working with NAPCS, we continued to evolve the overall brand of the conference and expanded our role in social media and marketing strategy.
Members of our design team were once again present onsite alongside conference staff and are highly involved in the conference planning process throughout the year leading up to the event. During this time, the full scope of the project included: sponsor and exhibitor prospectus materials, a 100+ page full-color program book, targeted mailers and invitations, PowerPoint templates for general sessions and speakers, digital graphics and advertising, social media content and campaigns, as well as conference signage from large entrance units to directional meter boards.
