Party Arty & Muse at the Museum Fundraisers

Each year, the Young Friends of Art organization hold two events at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art to promote membership and fundraise for the museum's educational programs. They are Party Arty in the winter and Muse at the Museum in the summer. For a second year in a row, we've worked with them to brand and strategize marketing for these lively nights of cocktails, food and entertainment. 

Party Arty 2018: A Masquerade was inspired by the exclusive Picasso exhibit showing at the museum. In his later years, Picasso was captivated by African masks and frequently alluded to them in his work. Guests were invited to don their disguises for an elegant night of abstraction and mystery.

For YFA's summer party we were tasked with thinking up a new name for the event. Derived from an artist's inspiration and what we often do while stargazing, we created Muse at the Museum. At the event guests experienced a summer shindig like no other, a place for those looking to find their muse– whether among the stars, or in a crystal ball.
