Meet Travis, REACTOR’s Creative Renegade

This week we welcomed Travis Stewart to the REACTOR team as our Creative Renegade. It’s only been a few days and he has already experienced Burrito & Brainstorm, REACTOR Regroups, REACTOR coffee runs, and other REACTOR awesomeness….along with design work, of course! We did a quick Q&A to get to know him better, and this is what we learned:

Q: Where are you from?

A: Right here in Kansas City, just north of the river. I’m a suburbs kid.

Q: What is your favorite part about design?

A: For me it’s the little things – the details and visual cues I can bring in to contribute to the message. They’re like little easter eggs that show no part of the design is “just decorative.”

Q: Besides your awesome design skills, do you have any hidden talents?

A: Well… I can juggle.

Q: What do you like to do in your free time?

A: Read, doodle, disc golf.

Q: When you’re not at REACTOR, where can we find you in the Crossroads?

A: Since I’ve spent a majority of the last 4 years in Nebraska, I haven’t gotten a chance to explore the Crossroads much. I’m open to suggestions!

Q: Most importantly, where’s your favorite local spot to grab tacos?

A: As a Northlander, I’ve got to go with Margarita’s. I’m up for any place with good fish tacos, though.
